Ask whether the event requires a room reservation and whether day visitors can attend. Check which areas and dates each booking covers. A private weekend may change access to the property, and some activities may require another reservation. Get the event terms as well as the accommodation terms, including the conditions for changes or cancellations.

Look at the schedule and choose the activities you want to attend. Leave time for meals and private time, particularly during a longer stay. If you are travelling with a partner, agree how you will communicate when one of you wants a break. You can skip a session or spend an afternoon separately if that fits your shared plan.
Check device and photography rules for pools, lounges and event areas. Find out where you can use your phone and store belongings. Keep other guests’ identities and attendance out of your public posts. If you discuss the trip afterward, focus on your booking, the facilities you used and your own experience.
Before you book
- Confirm which event passes and room nights you need.
- Read access and cancellation conditions for both bookings.
